• Items must be unopened, unused, and still looking fresh (aka in original packaging).
• Keep that receipt or proof of purchase handy-your return ticket, if you will.

A quick heads-up: We don’t offer free returns at the moment. But don’t worry! Our team is here to make the return process as smooth and easy as possible-just reach out, and we’ll guide you through it! 💌

📝 And just a little reminder-refunds can take a bit of time to process. If it’s been 15 business days since we approved your return and you haven’t seen the refund yet, give us a shout, and we’ll look into it!
